A Christian, family-owned company, Savory Flavors has been catering our “smokin’ hot, smokin’ good” barbecue, sides and desserts to our communities for many years. The restaurant end of the business is new territory for us – we saw the need for a genuine sit-down type of barbecue place in Bluefield, Virginia, so we purchased the old Cotton’s Drive-In building, rolled up our sleeves and went to work.

We opened our doors in the spring of 2014 and it’s been absolutely crazy ever since! The old Cotton’s sign on the front of our restaurant will remain there. As longtime residents of the “air conditioned” city we remember Cotton’s and their famous bologna sandwiches! We love being able to carry on their tradition of providing great food at low prices.
